Ingredients

12 oz   (340g) penni

Salt, garlic, thyme, dice onion, paprika, white pepper, curry, aromat, 1 tablespoon, corn starch

Grated mozzarella cheese

Butter, evaporated milk, marinara sauce

 

Directions:

In a large pot add (8) cups of water, allow the water to boil

  • Add penni to the boiling water, add salt to taste
  • Continue to boil for 15 mins, stirring occasionally
  • Boil uncovered until you achieve desired tenderness
  • Remove from heat, then drain
  • In a frying pan, add 2 tablespoons of butter, galic, paprika, thyme, curry, aromat, onion, stir fry, mixing all the seasoning together, add spaghetti sauce
  • Gradually add milk, add cornstarch and stir until the mixture thickens
  • Stir in the grated mozzarella cheese, (save some to sprinkle on top, continue to whisk until blended
  • Add your drained penni into the mixture and fold in until well incorporated
  • Transfer into a baking greased pan or aluminium pan, sprinkle the leftover mozzarella cheese on top

Set your oven to 350 ℉ and bake uncovered for 30 minutes. Remove from the oven, allow to cool and serve.
