Condensed milk cookies
Ingredients:
1 can condensed milk
Margarine or butter
Flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Salt (a pinch)
Directions:
Sift your flour in a bowl, add baking powder, add a pinch of salt
In another bowl add your margarine and whisk with a mixer or mix vigorously with a wooden spoon until light or stuffy.
- Add condensed milk, vanilla extract and continue to whisk or beat until smooth
- Add your dry ingredients and beat until a smooth dough is formed.
- Scoop about a tablespoon of dough and roll into your desired shape, place on parchment paper, and use your fork to press down, to form a dent on the dough

- Space out the dough about an inch apart
Preheat your oven at 350℉ and bake for about 15 minutes, until golden brown, repeat the process for the remaining batter.
Allow to cool
