Fish Stew
Ingredients:
6 medium size Red snapper
4 medium red bell peppers
4 habanero peppers
2 onion bulb
1 tin hunts tomato paste 12oz
2 tsp each curry,aromat,cajun seasoning
1 medium size lemon
6 tablespoon veg oil
Directions:
- Clean out your fish,check to make sure it’s free of any residual scales.
- Season with Aromat,cajun seasoning,curry,add lemon to get rid of the fishy smell and set aside.Blend your peppers and onions in your blender, transfer your blended pepper to a pot, allow the blended peppers to cook on medium heat.
- In a deep pot add sliced onions,add veg oil, allow to fry for a few minutes.
- Add your blended peppers and stir,add tomato paste,add seasoning cubes,allow to cook for 20 mins, stirring occasionally.
- Add your fish at this point, make sure the fish is well submerged in the pepper sauce.
- Reduce your heat and steam for 8-10mins. You do not need to stir at this point, just move your pot around gently.
- Allow to simmer, once done serve & enjoy.
