Lemonade:
Lemon juice 1 cup
Sugar 1 cup
Water 5 cups
Directions:
The first step is to make your syrup, this step is necessary to avoid the sugar just sinking and seating at the bottom of your jar
To make the syrup, add the sugar and 1 cup of water in a pot and bring to boil on low heat, continue to stir until the sugar dissolves completely and turn off your heat
Juice your lemon using a lemon strainer, to obtain about a cup of lemon juice
In a jar combine your syrup with the lemon juice, and add 4 cups of water
Taste, to make sure you are happy with the result, if the lemonade is too sweet you can add more lemon juice
Refrigerate for 1-2 hours
Serve with sliced lemons and iced
