Strawberry almond oat smoothie
Ingredients:
1 cup rolled oats
1 lb frozen strawberries
1 cup plain yogurt
1 banana finger
1 cup almond and vanilla milk
½ tablespoon almond extract
2 teaspoon honey (optional)
Directions:
In a blender, combine the oats, almond, milk, strawberries, banana, yogurt, and almond extract. Using low speed puree the ingredient and gradually turn to high speed, continue to puree until smooth
If you require additional sweetness add honey taste to check if you are happy with the outcome.
Serve and enjoy.
