Deviled Eggs
Ingredients
6 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 tablespoon paprika
½ tsp fresh parsley
½ tsp cajun seasoning
2 tbsp finely chopped chives
To Sprinkle on top we have:
Fresh parsley leaves ( finely chopped)
Fresh cilantro leaves
Mixed herbs
Bacon (chopped)
Fresh chives (finely chopped)
Paprika
Green onions chopped
Dorito chips crushed
Jalapeno (remove seed and finely chopped.)
Directions:
- Place the eggs in a pot and fill with cold water, make sure to cover all the eggs with water and boil for 15 mins, then remove from heat.
- Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water, allow to sit for 8-10 mins.
- Peel and cut into half, transfer the egg yolks to a bowl and set the cooked egg whites aside.
- Mix the egg yolks with mayonnaise, black pepper, paprika and beat together until smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a pastry bag or use a ziplock bag with a corner cut off.
- Pipe the mixture into the egg whites and garnish with cajun seasoning, chives
- Serve chilled & Enjoy.
