Fruit Salad
Ingredients:
Grapes
Diced apples
Sliced bananas
Raspberries
Strawberries
Any fruits in season or your personal preference will do
Yogurt
Cool whip
Mint to garnish
Directions:
- Rinse and chop all your fruits in small pieces.Place all your chopped fruits in a bowl.
- Stir in yogurt and cool whip,make sure all the diced fruits are well coated.
- Refrigerate before serving.

Apples (You can choose any fruits you want just try to make the combination of fruits as colorful as possible, think of rainbow colors in deciding which fruits.Being very colorful will make your salad look very appetizing.
Lemon lime syrup
3 tablespoon lime juice
3 tablespoon lemon juice
4 tablespoon honey.
Directions:
- In a large bowl,combine all your sliced fruits.
- In a cup combine your lime, lemon and honey, mix together and allow to dissolve.
- Drizzle dressing over salad,use 2 forks at the same time to gently combine , until all fruits are well coated.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve chilled and enjoy.
Method 2:
The other alternative is to use simple syrup as dressing.
Ingredients:
Water
Sugar
Directions:
- In a pot bring water and sugar to boil on low heat until the sugar is all melted and you have a clear consistency,simmer and allow to cool.
- Drizzle the simple syrup over the fruit bowl and use 2 forks to gently toss around until syrup is well combined.
- Cover and refrigerate.
- Serve once chilled and enjoy.
