Waffle Cake with Dulce de Leche
Ingredients:
1 plain waffle package round or square
1 14oz can cooked sweetened condensed milk
6 tbsp unsalted butter softened
1 tsp lemon juice
Directions:
- Add cooked condensed milk,6 tablespoon butter and 1 tsp lemon juice.
- Beat them together at high speed for 3 mins.
- Spread the cream on the wafers, making sure to reach the edges, you just need enough to have layers that stick,you don’t need to fill every square.
- You may skip 2 skinny cakes or 1 tall one.They stack up nicely when they aren’t too tall.
- Place cake under heavy cutting board with a bowl of water on top
- Let it sit under press for 2- 3 hours
- Slice up, serve and Enjoy.
