Flat bread
Plain flour (2) cups
Baking powder 1 tsp
Plain yogurt, 12 oz or geek yogurt
Melted butter and crushed garlic – garlic butter
Garlic butter
Fresh parsley
Directions
- In a bowl, mix plain flour, baking powder and yogurt until it forms a ball
- Cut into six pieces and roll 6 balls,sprinkle flour on the work surface.
- Using your rolling pan,roll each ball piece into a circular shaped 8×8 dough.
- Cook each circular shaped dough in a non-stick pan at medium heat @ 250℉ for 2 mins on each side until golden brown.
- Brush each circular dough with garlic butter, apply generously.
- Once your flat bread is done, place in a basket and sprinkle fresh parsley.
- Serve and enjoy.
