Ground Beef Stir Fry:
Ingredients:
2 lbs ground beef
1 red bell, thinly sliced,
1 green pepper thinly sliced
2 large carrots,thinly sliced
1 green onions thinly sliced
3 garlic cloves minced
¼, cup veg oil for sauteing
Soy sauce (optional)
Directions:
- Pre cut all vegetables,for the ground beef stir fry.Cut the peppers and carrots into thin strands and finely cut green onion.
- Heat 2 tbsp oil, in a saucepan, cook ground beef in the saucepan, breaking up the meat by continuous stirring, once cooked remove and set aside.
- Add 2 tablespoon oil, in the same saucepan,add carrots, peppers and cook until tender.
- Add ground beef back to the vegetables and mix well ( if using soy sauce add and mix well)
- Cook for additional 5 minutes,on low heat,then remove, garnish with green onions.
- Serve & Enjoy. ( you can serve with a side of rice, potatoes.
