Baked veg chicken Rice
Ingredients:
2 lbs chicken, bite size pieces
3 tbsp unsalted butter
1 medium onion chopped
1 large carrot, thin strands
1 red bell pepper thin strands
2 cups uncooked rice,rinsed
1 cup chicken broth
1 cup water
2 tbsp aromat seasoning
½,tsp ground black pepper
½, tsp salt
Directions:
- Cut the chicken into small bites sizes.
- Finely chop the onions
- In a pan combine butter and onion and saute until tender.Add chicken pieces,salt and pepper to taste.cook chicken until no longer pink but not fully cooked and transfer to a baking dish.
- Cut carrot and pepper into thin strands,add the carrot & pepper to baking dish
- Add the rice,water and chicken broth.
- Mix all the ingredients, season with aromat and pepper and combine.
- Bake in the oven at 375℉ for 50-60 minutes, mix a few times during baking.
- Once done allow to rest , serve and enjoy.
