Pineapple Coleslaw 

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup chopped pineapple 
  • 1 medium size cabbage, shredded 
  • 1 large carrot, grated 
  • Mayonnaise 
  • Black pepper 

Directions :

  1. Clean and grate your vegetables. You can also buy a pack of grated coleslaw mix.
  2. Combine the cabbage, carrots, pineapple, in a bowl
  3. Add your mayonnaise to the mix and fold in using a wooden spoon
  4. Season with black pepper
  5. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours 

      

      Serve chilled 

Use it as a side dish with your favorite meals. Save the rest in your fridge for up to 4 hours. *

Fun Fact :

You can substitute the pineapple with oranges. For orange coleslaw, substitute the pineapples for diced orange. 

Also add 4 tablespoons of orange juice to your mayonnaise and mix before combining with your shredded mix. This gives a tangy, citrus taste to your coleslaw. Chill & Enjoy.
