Avocado Egg Tuna Sandwich
Ingredients:
12 thick sliced bread (french)
2 (4 oz each tuna cans)
½ small red onion (optional)
Salt and pepper
1 avocado sliced
3 medium tomatoes sliced
3 boiled eggs, sliced
¼ cup mayo
1 tablespoon veg oil
Spring onion
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 350℉
Cut the bread into 12 slices
Bake for 10 minutes or until bread is crispy
Peel and dice the onion
In a bowl combine tuna, mayo, oil, salt, pepper and onion until well combined, slice the avocado, eggs and tomatoes. Now assemble your topping on the crispy bread one by one
First add tuna, then avocado, tomatoes, lastly egg (don’t you just love the colors)
Garnish with spring onion
Serve and enjoy
