Baked shrimp Salmon
Ingredients
2 lbs fresh salmon fillets
2 lbs large shrimp uncooked
4 tablespoon veg oil
1 large lemon
1 stick unsalted butter sliced
Seasoning
2 tsp paprika
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
½ tsp ground black pepper
2 tsp garlic powder
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375℉
- Devein shrimp and remove tail
- Combine all ingredients for seasoning
- Cut salmon into four equal parts or skip this step if you have pre cut individually wrapped salmon
- Arrange salmon on a baking sheet. Season salmon, add lemon, and buttle slices to salmon and drizzle with oil. Bake for 5 minutes
- Season shrimp, add shrimp to baking sheet, spread out eventually. Add leftover butter and lemon over shrimp
- Return to the oven, and bake for additional 10 minutes, until shrimp and salmon are fully cooked. Pour the butter juices over salmon and shrimp
Serve and enjoy with roasted potatoes, rice or fries, or other veggies- bruised sponets
