Blackened Tilapia Fish
Ingredients
2 lbs tilapia fillets (thawed)
Seasoning
2 tablespoon ground paprika
2 tablespoon cajun seasoning
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt
½ tsp ground black pepper
½ tsp onion powder
½ tsp chilli pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for seasoning
- Pat dry the tilapia fillets
- Season both sides of the fillet
- In a large skilled, over medium/ high heat add oil
- Once the oil is hot, add tilapia fillet and cook for 3-5 minutes per side, until the fillets are flakey and cooked
