Fish, or chicken,sandwich with french fries chips
Ingredients:
4 tilapia fillet or 4 boneless chicken
1 tablespoon paprika
2 large tomatoes
½, tsp cajun seasoning , aromat or knorr
1 large egg
Veg oil
Bread crumbs
Black pepper
Chive mayo dressing
6 tablespoon mayonnaise
4 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp chive
A pinch of salt
Directions
In a small bowl mix your mayo, apple cider vinegar, chopped chive, a pinch of salt together and set aside
Fish fillet or Boneless chicken
- Season the fish fillet or boneless chicken with the cajon season, aromat and set aside
- In a bowl, break the egg, and whisk, in another bowl add breadcrumbs
- The fish can either be fried or baked 350℉
- To fry add veg oil in a frying pan or medium heat
- First coat the fish in the egg wash, followed by the coating with the breadcrumbs for extra crunchiness. Repeat the process
- Fry fish in hot oil on both sides until golden and crispy
- Heat up a pan, butter the cut sides of the burger buns, then toast on the hot pan until browned
- Build the sandwiches with toasted buns, lettuce, fried fish, tomato slices and chive mayo dressing.
