Chicken Wrap
Ingredients
2 chicken breast (cooked and sliced)
1 cup lettuce, thinly sliced
2 slices bacon crocked
1 tomato cubed
½ onion sliced
½ avocado cubed
4 tablespoon shredded cheese
6 tablespoon ranch
2 tsp hot sauce
4 flour tortillas
Chicken breast seasoning
1 tablespoon aromat
½ tsp ground paprika
½ tsp garlic powder
A pinch of salt
¼ ground pepper
2 tablespoon oil for sauteing
Directions
- Beat chicken until even in thickness- in a bowl, combine seasoning for chicken, coat until well incorporated
- On medium high heat, add 2 tablespoon oil in a frying pan, saute chicken for 3 minutes per side, reduce the heat to low close the will and allow to continue to cook for another 10 minutes, until chicken is tender
- Cut bacon into small pieces. Cook in a separate pan until well done
- Slice lettuce, onion, cube the tomatoes and avocado
- In a bowl, combine the ranch and hot sauce
- In a skillet, heat the flour tortillas until you get the desired crispiness, or bake in the oven and bake until crispy
- Slice chicken into thin strands add to tortilla
- Layer the remaining ingredients over top of chicken.
Drizzle with ranch
Roll the wrap

Follow the same method for the following, beef wrap just substitute chicken for beef stripes
Fish wrap just substitute chicken for fish, also substitute ranch for mayo
Shrimp wrap just substitute chicken for shrimp, also substitute ranch for mayo
