Ingredients:
Hot water
Garri
Directions:
Plug in your kettle, and boil 4 cups of water. When the water boils, pour in a bowl
Evenly sprinkle the garri into your boiling water
At this point any unwanted particles should have floated to the top of your bowl
Gently drain out the floating particles with the excess water
Use a wooden spoon to gradually turn and fold the mixture until it smoothes out, add more hot water if necessary depending on how soft you want your eba
Cut into portion, and cover with clear films
Using parchment paper you can also make some amazing shapes.
Another way of making amazing shapes is using your cookie cutters.
