Graham Cracker Crust
Ingredients :
- 12 full sheets Graham crackers (You can also use Digestive Biscuits)
- Granulated sugar
- 6 tablespoons of melted butter
Directions :
- Add graham crackers to a blender or food processor and blend until you have fine crumbs. Scoop the crumbs into a mixing bowl and stir in the sugar.
- Add the melted butter and stir until well combined and all of the crumbs are moistened. Scoop the mixture into a pie pan or aluminum pan and firmly press into an even layer on the bottom and around the sides of the disk.
- For a baked pie crust, bake at 350℉ for 10-12 minutes until the crust is lightly browned.
- For a no-bake pie crust, Refrigerate for 1 hour before filling the pie crust.
Graham Cracker Chocolate Crust :
Follow the same process for Graham Cracker crust. The only additional ingredient is your cocoa powder which you will add into your mixing bowl containing your crumbled crackers and sugar and mix well.
