Grilled fish (red snapper)
Ingredients:
Red snapper fish
Veg oil, olive oil
Ginger, thyme, curry, aromat, onion powder, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, habanero
1 tablespoon lime juice
Bell pepper: red, green. Yellow, orange, sliced onion (optional)
Directions:
Thoroughly clean your fish
- Make 3-4 deep incisions on the fish to allow for penetration of marinade
- In a bowl add 6 tablespoon of olive oil
- Add your curry, thyme, aromat, ginger, garlic, powder, cayenne pepper, lime juice
- Mix together until well combined
- using a spoon, drizzle this mixture all over fish opening up the incision and drizzle over every available opening
- Set aside to marinate for 2-3 hrs
- Set your oven to 375℉ and bake for 45-60 mins or until golden brown.
- When done garnish with your sliced red, yellow,orange, green bell peppers and onions.
- Put back in your oven and turn your oven to broil.
- Broil on high for 5 additional minutes
- Bring out from the oven, let it simmer, serve & Enjoy.
