Grilled Shrimp
Ingredients
1 lb raw shrimp thawed
1 tablespoon Veg oil
4 tablespoon unsalted melted butter
6 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoon honey
2 tablespoon lime juice
½ teaspoon ground paprika
1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
½ tsp red pepper flakes
Directions
- In a bowl, whisk together oil, butter, mixed garlic, honey, and lime juice
- In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients
- Pat dry shrimp
- Toss the shrimp into butter garlic marinade
- Sprinkle dry seasoning over shrimp. Set aside to marinate for 15- minutes
- Add shrimp onto garlic skewers
- Grill shrimp for about 2-3 minutes per side until it turns pink and no longer translucent.
