Directions for ground beef
Shape the patties wider than the burn, since they shrink on the grill, make indentation at the center to prevent plumping, season, patties generously with aromat, pepper just before cooking, salt changes the structure of protein and toughens burgers. Do not salt the ground beef before turning into patties.
Once on the grill allow patties to brown (5 minutes) before flipping allow patties to be medium to well done.

How to assemble burgers
Toast your burn (optional)
Apply a generous amount of mayo or other sauce on the bottom burn.

For cheese burger place cheese over patty,
Now place cheesy burger patty over veggies and cover with top bun for hamburger place patty over veggies and cover with top burn, add ketchup.
Directions:
- Slice and prepare burger toppings and sauces, spread the burn with softened butter and toast the cut side until golden brown
- Preheat grill to medium heat, divide beef into portions and form patties that are about 2″ thicks and 1″ wider than burger buns
- Season patties generously with aromat and pepper
- Grill burger patties with the indent side up covered for 5 minutes each side on the grill, add cheese in the last minute of grilling and cover, with lid and cook until temperature of beef reaches
- 160℉
Sauces
BBQ Aioli, 6 tablespoon of mayo & 1 tsp BBQ sauce
Mustard Aioli 6 tablespoon mayo + 1 tsp yellow mustard.
Fry sauce, 6 tablespoon mayo + 1 tablespoon ketchup
