Key lime pie jar
Ingredients:
Crust
12-14 graham cracker crushed
10 tablespoon butter melted
Pie
16 ounces cream cheese softened
1 cup sweetened condensed milk
⅓ cup lime juice
1 tablespoon lime zest
¼ cup granulated sugar
Directions
Crush graham cracker in a ziploc bag with a rolling pin until crumbly and fine, add melted butter to the crumbs and mix to combine.
Add crumbs to the bottom of the jar or glasses. In a bowl beat together the cream cheese with condensed milk, lime juice, zest, and sugar until a creamy consistency is formed to ensure the cream cheese is at room temperature to avoid lumps.
Pour the cheesecake pie filling over the crumble in the cups, refrigerate for 3-4 hours
Garnish with lime, lime zest or whipped cream. Also sprinkle lettuce crumbs to the top of the filling
Serve and enjoy.
