Meaty Spaghetti
Ingredients
1 lb spaghetti
1 tablespoon veg oil and a pinch of salt
1 lb ground pork or ground beef
1 medium onion chopped
1 tablespoon veg oil
1 tsp salt, aromat, seasoning
½ tsp ground black pepper
4 garlic cloves minced
24 oz pasta sauce (marinara)
Parmesan cheese (optional)
Directions:
- In a big pot bring 6 cups of water to boil, add 1 tablespoon, veg oil and a pinch of salt, add spaghetti, cook until tender and drain out the water and set aside.
- In a saucepan , on medium heat, add 1 tablespoon oil, add dried onion, ground pork, add aromat seasoning. Cook until the meat is browned and tender, continue stirring to break up the meat, so it is divided from big lumps. Season with salt and pepper, add garlic and mix well
- Add marinara, reduce your heat and cook until marinara
- Bubbles
- Combine the meat sauce and pasta
- Allow to cook until pasta is heated
- Garnish with parmesan cheese (optional)
- Serve and enjoy
