Open faced sandwiches
Seafood appetizer
Ingredients
1 cup chopped cooked shrimp
4 oz crab meat
1 large jalapeno
2 tablespoon green onion
6 cherry tomatoes
2 tablespoon dill
½ cup shredded cheese
A pinch of salt and pepper
1 french bread loaf
Directions
- Slice your french bread into about 20 slices
- Dice your shrimp, crab meat, jalapeno, green onion, tomato, dill into small pieces
- In a bowl combine the cream cheese, mayo, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper
- Gently mix, until well combined
- Generously spread over the bread slices
- Bake in preheated oven (a) 350℉ for 10 minutes
