Ingredients
6 large tortillas
1 lb raw shrimp or any protein of your choice.
2 tsp unsalted butter
1 tbsp taco seasoning, 3 garlic cloves minced
2 medium bell pepper, yellow and red
1 medium onion
2 tbsp of lime juice
Cilantro lime sauce
⅓ cup mayonnaise
3 tbsp sour cream
1 garlic clove (minced)
¼ cup chopped cilantro
Directions
Slice the peppers and onions into strands, in a saucepan heat oil and cook vegetables until fully cooked and set aside.
Pat dry the shrimp and remove tail
4) In a small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the cilantro lime sauce
5) season the shrimp with taco seasoning or cajun seasoning
In a saucepan heat oil and butter until hot, add shrimp and cook for 2 minutes per side or until pink. Don’t over cook the shrimp, it becomes rubbery in texture when overcooked
7)Warm the tortillas
8) add the shrimp and veggies to the tortillas and top, with cilantro sauce, sunshine slaw.

Also you can make the following fajitas by removing the shrimp and substituting for any protein of your choice.
