Ingredients:
8-10 medium sizes of tomatoes
Onions
Peppers
4 garlic cloves
Directions/Preparations
Blend together and set aside
Seasoning, curry, thyme, white pepper, 2 chicken cubes, aromat
- Thoroughly rinse your meat or chicken
- Add seasoning cubes of your choice
- Add curry , thyme white pepper
- Add aromat
- Cook your meat or chicken on medium heat for 25-30 mins until well cooked , when cooked drain the stock and set aside
- Fry in veg oil until golden brown
In a medium size pot, heat up some vegetable oil, pour in your blended tomatoes, peppers and onions. Give the mixture a stir and allow to fry over medium heat
- Add your stock, add more aromat, taste to make sure you have your desired taste
- Add your fried or if you prefer boiled meat/chicken to the mix
- Allow to cook on medium heat for additional 10-15 mins
- Turn off your heat and allow to simmer
Your stew is ready, serve with rice and enjoy!
